Smokies manager Buddy Bailey remembers Nick Gates

Smokies manager Buddy Bailey discusses the professionalism of former News Sentinel writer Nick Gates, who died on Monday, April 2, 2012. The press row in Smokies Park is named after Gates, who played baseball at UT and covered the Vols and Smokies throughout his career. Bailey managed the Smokies in 2008 before returning for this, his second go-round, and wanted to discuss his respect for Gates at Media Day Tuesday at Smokies Park.
